As you all know there has been some inactivity on our parts in managing the site.

Most of the members have said that we are scam without knowing the entire truth about what happened.

So today I take time to reveal all the truth and let the members themselves decide what should be the future of first5clicks.

Me {Darrenan} and Raffay were equal partners with Marian in a ref back site and it was supposed to be limited to that only but then one day Marian said he wanted to open a ptc site and want to raise capital for it. Initially both me and raffay was not in favor of opening a PTC site as we had never done it before but Marian was persistent and said that since he know many aurora owners, he will be able to run the site efficiently. We were merely partners because we had put money in the start but after that the site was run solely by Marian and the payment processors account belonged to him.

He did run the site well initially, but he oversold advertising and memberships in large quantities resulting in very less sales later. When he was around neither we nor anyone of you suspected that he will scam us and run away with everybody\'s money. In the meantime we were trying to get in contact with Marian everyday but he was avoiding us continuously. Then on 16th October we received a mailfrom him saying that we should take over the sites or he will sell them. Of course we had got some experience in PTC sites by this time as both of us were operating fflinx.com for some months now, hence we decided that we will try to run the site.[around 20th October]

We paid a lot of users in first 3 months but the sales never came back because Marian has already oversold memberships and advertising very cheap so we decided to invest some of the money in affiliate business so that we can clear payment queue in first5clicks. But that venture failed as the affiliate company DECLINED our payment of over $500.

But since we want to change the situation and make first5clicks again a trusted place for both advertisers and members, we have decided the ways in which we can go ahead. The options we have are:

1. Make first5clicks.com a profit-sharing site: Now what it means is that the payments will be in proportion to the sales that we get every month, suppose we get $125 in sales in February and the payment\'s requested in February are totaling $150. Then will cut our hosting costs from the sales and distribute the rest among the payments. Let the hosting and maintenance costs be $25 so we are left with $100. Hence if you request $1.50 in February then you will be getting $1.00. If this method is chosen then we will make some more rules to distribute the pending payments over 2-4 months so that it doesn\'t affect users. Also the new payment requests wouldn\'t have to wait for receiving payments with this method, as we will send the new payment request along with some of the pending payments every month. This method will feature monthly/bi-monthly payouts but your payment can vary according to the sales that we get in that period.

2. Making first5clicks.com an Ads Only site: This was thought keeping in mind that advertisers have large amount of credits left with so then can use them. With this method we will allow users to buy everything from store using account funds and also setup credits converter so that the funds can be converted to all type of advertising credits. This means that the site won\'t make any payments and all the earnings can only be redeemed in form of advertising credits.

3. Resetting the Balance and Credits: This option is about resetting the credits and balance so that the sales can pickup. Since we have not got a single penny from the sales before 15th October, all the credits brought before that will be reset. Also the balance will be reset. You will still keep the memberships and referrals that you have brought. None of the purchases made after 15th October will not be touched. This method will mean that we will be back with decent amount of sales and the payments will resume making first5clicks.com stable again. We will reduce the minimum payment to $0.10-0.50 for paypal and operate more or less like my other site clickite.com.
